Vitamin D3 + K2 200 ml - liposomal

Vitamin D3 + K2

A combination of vitamins D3 and K2, which cooperate in the formation of proteins in bone cells and binding of minerals.

Thanks to modern liposomal technology, the highest resorbability of active substances is ensured, which is not achieved by any other form of food supplements.

Product is without flavorings and other additives.

Gluten-free, it contains genetically unmodified ingredients only.

What makes this product unique?

The biggest shortcoming of common forms of vitamins and other nutritional supplements, such as tablets, powders or beverages, is that the vast majority of the nutritional supplement itself is degraded in the digestive system and only a small part of the amount stated on the nutritional supplement package reaches its destination in our body.

Liposomal vitamins have up to 6 times higher resorbability compared to other classical forms of nutritional supplements.

Simply put, vitamin itself is enveloped in small bubbles (liposomes, hence the name liposomal), which are produced by a special process from the natural substance - lecithin. These mini bubbles protect vitamin, in addition, they “understand” with the walls of the intestines, and easily pass through them into the blood that carries them to the cells themselves. Liposomes also understand with cells, so liposomes are easily absorbed by the cell and therefore more than 90% of vitamin gets where it should be and is used. In addition, this form does not burden the stomach.

Vitamin D - known values

Vitamin D is essential for life. Under certain circumstances, the body can produce this vitamin in the skin while exposed to the sun - that is why it is also called the sun vitamin. In case of insufficient sun exposure, the body needs to take vitamin D in food as well. The sun vitamin affects a number of vital functions in the human body. Nutritional supplement Vitamin D3 is ideal in lack of sunlight and in the winter months. Also, with increasing age, the body’s ability to “produce” vitamin D decreases.

Long-term vitamin D deficiency is demonstrably associated with a higher susceptibility to so-called acute respiratory infections and influenza.

Vitamin D contributes to:

  • proper absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus
  • normal levels of calcium in the blood
  • proper functioning of the immune system
  • maintaining healthy bones
  • maintaining proper muscle function
  • maintaining healthy teeth
  • protecting cells from oxidative stress

Vitamin K - known values

Vitamin K plays an important role in metabolism and bone mineralization (supplying bones by e.g. calcium). The body cannot produce it in the required quantity.

Vitamin K contributes to:

  • prevention of osteoporosis (thinning of the bones), what reduces the risk of fractures
  • improvement of bone density during menopause / andropause (physical and mental changes in elderly women / men)
  • prevention of heart disease
  • maintaining healthy teeth
  • reduce the risk of inflammation
  • suppression of autoimmune diseases
  • regulation of absorption of calcium into the vessel walls and thus prevents their calcium clogging

Consequences of vitamin K2 deficiency:

  • increased levels of calcium in the intercellular space - hypercalcaemia
  • vascular hardening and the associated increase in “bad” VLDL cholesterol
  • impotence
  • headache, back pain, muscle and joint pain, even in conjunction with inflammation
  • fatigue, malaise, and muscle weakness

Usage

Preventive daily dose:

  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml)

It is recommended to take it with food (such as soup) to get all the contents to the stomach.

Therapeutic use for various conditions can be found on the Internet.
